hmm not sure what happened to my post from yesterday but half of it was missing. for that i do apologize. and again my site was donw for ever. This is getting frustrating. Andy is doing such a great job but FITSIGHTS still has the site on their servers and I am not quite sure what is going on on that end. I hope nothing too major.

I just got back from orchestra rehearsal. TOnight was great. I bought some new accessories for my clarinet....and what a difference that made for me. I am excited for our performance in March. I do play this Sunday. It is just a nice break in all the other things I do during the week.

As far as training I have been training under the supervision of John White and with AMy Neal and sometimes Jerry. These guys are great workout partners. Amy has phenomenal legs and pushes hard on leg day which makes me have to push myself harder as my legs are not so good.

I have started deep tissue massage therapy....let me just say this...if you don't like someone buy them a deep tissue massage. Its an hour of pure torture. LOL I was in pain from the minute he touched me for the entire hour...and yet I will endure it again this weekend. It killed my day last saturday. I had the massage from eleven to twelve, went home and slept for five hours....LOL

Then on SUnday me and my girlfriend Cindy shopped till we dropped....LOVE IT! Shes so much fun to shop with. She is teaching me how to pamper myself . I thought I KNEW how to do that, but she takes it to an all new level. So this friday is massage night, then saturday is Hair and facial day....ahhhhhhh Hey I am 34 ....I need to take care of my skin and my body. I think this is the healthiest I have been in a looooooong time!! But I can always improve!!!!


I have to say moving to Atlanta has been a great thing for me. I feel less stress and just have been so much happier here. Its taking a while to get used too but in time all things work out. I enjoy having the time back into my life to prioritize things and to participate in the things that that I haven't done in years. Its funny how much i look foward to going to CHurch on Sundays now and just being around the people that I am with. I had the opportunity recently to move back to NJ.....and I yes the money was GREAT but I didn't want to leave my church, my ministry and the people here that I have surrounded myself with. I have such a great group of friends that its amazing how much peace I have in my life. Life is not candy and butterflies, but my quality of life is much better.

I miss my family but I talk to them almost everyday......My mom and dad, sister and brother in law are in Isreal right now. I am so excited for them. They had a rought time getting over there but once all the flights got worked out they made in in one piece. For my dad, being a pastor and to be able to see the land that he preaces about...to walk where Jesus walked puts I am sure into perspective.

Well Im watching Terminator 3....so I will go :) I need to get my beauty rest!
