Happpppy Friday:) Its about 85 degrees here today and just gorgeous. The Pollen seems to have dissapated some. I have been keeping myself busy lately as I have quite abit going on. I can't complain. I am excited about another concert I'll be playing in July called Celebrate America or something like that. I'm also playing in a wedding in June. Wednesday nights are my most fun night of the week. I look forward to it so much....Rehearsal is my stress relief.

Training is going well. I just feel stress free in the gym. Its amazing how when you have no stress how much better your mind and body works. I should be stressed but for some reason, I am in the most peacful state of my life I have ever been in , go figure. I have so much to be thankful for and feel truly blessed that all is well with me!

I will be at the Houston Pro this year. Jess Rohm is making her pro debut and I will be there to watch, cheer, and be the gopher for her! Im so excited. She started workign with me in 2005 and this year she is pretty much doing it on her own, but Im keeping an eye on her. Its exciting.
