What can I say? Life is GREAT! Yes I said GREAT! So much is always going on but all in all I have nothing to complain about. Been doing the same old grind so nothing new to report actually. LOL My site has finally transferred over to AMG from Fitsights. Andy has done such a great job. I apologize for the down time many of you may have had. No worries on memberships either as they are carrying over to AMG. So all is well.

I went home to NJ a few weeks ago as my uncle passed away, came back and got the FLU. I had to perform in the orchestra performance with full blown FLU. It was great the performance but I felt aweful. I was sick for almost ten days. The doctor said they thought the flu had gone for the year but the day before I talked to them they had 12 cases come in and test positive. CRAZY.

I am so excited for the warm weather. ...Not thrilled with this POLLEN. I had heard the pollen was bad here but never have I seen anything like this. CRAZINESS. I can't even put the top down on my car because it will leave a layer of pollen.

Anyway, Its friday which means time for DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE...aka TORTURE SESSION. :) I hope everyone has a safe weekend!
