Hey Everyone!

Its been a long time as you all know since I wrote last

Training is going well, I have been hitting the gyms hard. I was at a bodybuilding show this weekend in Gadston Alabama where a fried of mine competed and won the overall. CONGRATULATIONS DAN!

Also congrats to JOHN CANTEGALLO, JUSTINE DOHRING and COLLEEN MAHONEY! And Jeff Long if you are reading my blogg ITS ABOUT TIME!!!!! You looked great! The above all did well at the JR NATIONALS in CHICAGO this weekend!
Justine- 1st Womens LHW
Colleen- 6th Womens Middle
John- 5th Mens Light

And Jeff , who I am a fan of...have been for years when I judged him years ago, FINALLLLLLY did it , and I believe he works with Dave Palumbo. He took a very impressive 2nd in the mens Heavy! WOO HOO JEFF! I am a fan of very few....but Jeff , who reminds me of Mark Wahlberg just has hads the ability but finally showed it and did it!
