Well Florida was fantastic. Had a wonderful vacation for a week on the beaches of Destin Florida. I stayed at the SanDestin Resort and just had a great time. And now its off to NJ...I leave tomorrow to go home for several things. Work takes me there as well as my brother, the youngest is graduating from HIGH SCHOOL! So Ill Work wed-fri and his graduation is Fri night! Im excited to spend time with the fam as everyone will be home. I was fortunate to be able to time this business trip with the graduation.

The next few weeks are extremely busy but come end of August its back settled down. I am excited to say Ill be guest posing this year at the South Carolina X-Calibur Bodybuilding Championships August 23! So if you are in the area come on out to not only see me but to support a great show run by Trey Bennet and his Shannon! Its one of the BEST shows I have ever been to! Im excited.
