I am proud to say that I KNOW personally the NEW GEORGIA STATE BODYBUILDING CHAMPION! DAN NEWMEYER...and yes Dan, I spelled your last name wrong on purpose! He was a super heavy at the show on Saturday..won his class, the overall, Best Legs award, Best Chest award and Best Poser ...(well thats because he poses like a fruitcake....;))Just kidding Dan! You looked Great. He was trained by JOHN WHITE and really looked amazing. Ill post pics as soon as I get one. His next stop is NATIONALS in ATLANTA GA, NOV 21-22. He will also be on stage with BIG MIKE RICE from ATL....a rather LARGE FELLOW if I might say so myself.

I am off to Pittsburgh PA for the Masters Nationals this weekend. I want to wish John White the BEST of LUCK. His motto is, ITS ALL ABOUT THE SUFFERING....Right now I bet he is hating that motto. But he looks amazing.

I also want to wish ANNE SHEEHAN a good friend of mine the best of luck this weekend as well as she does the Masters LHW division. KICK BUTTT!

I have three photo shoots while I am out there...not that I am In any mood to have this body taken photos of but oh well....
